Noor-un-Nisa is more than a bridal ensemble it is a heartfelt revival of tradition. Inspired by a veil once worn by MUK’s mother in 1991. Reimagined in a majestic modern form, the design is a deeply personal expression of legacy and craftsmanship.

The Veil of Memories

At the heart of the ensemble is the Noor-un-Nisa veil, crafted in radiant blood red tissue organza. Its ethereal surface glistens with hand-embellished gold floral sequins, created using the intricate hammer technique. Four rich borders of appliquéd blood red velvet are adorned with leafy tilla embroidery in a scalloped design. Indian kiran and a zarri tissue finish lend the veil a regal aura. At 3.25+ yards, it flows like a crown, symbolizing elegance and memory.

The Cholli: Regal Roots, Refined Silhouette

The matching blood red velvet cholli features a refined boat neckline with nature-inspired detailing. Its three quarter sleeves are fully hand-embellished. Front showcases floral motifs rendered with hammer technique. The back glimmers with lavish sequin work—an ode to tradition and meticulous artistry.

The Bridal Ball Gown: A Modern Mughal Muse

The voluminous lehnga redefines bridal grandeur, echoing Mughal royalty through a contemporary lens. Spanning a dramatic 400-inch circumference, it features royal motifs through machine tilla embroidery, hand-applied sequins, stones, and zarri. A floral cutwork border crowns the hem, with an optional dust gold zarri tissue frill for added finesse.

The Pottli Reimagined

An avant-garde accessory, the pottli merges two silhouettes. Its tissue base is enveloped in ornate red velvet and lined with Indian raw silk. Finished with luxurious tassels it is both functional boldly expressive. True to the essence of ISHQbyMUK.
